Pastor Roger and Joann Jimenez have been happily married since June of 2004. The Lord has blessed them with wonderful children, and they are excited about what the Lord is doing in their lives!
Pastor Roger Jimenez
Pastor Roger Jimenez was born in Venezuela. His family came to Christ through the influence of American missionaries. He was raised in a Christian, Independent Fundamental Baptist home. He was led to the Lord by his father when he was a young child. His family moved to the United States when he was very young. Pastor Jimenez was trained for the ministry by his pastor and local church while enlisted in the United States Air Force.
Mrs. joann Jimenez
Mrs. Joann Jimenez was born in Northern California. At the age of 17 she was working full time and attending a local community college near Sacramento. The influence at this college had convinced her to be an atheist, even though she was raised catholic. Joann was saved when a Christian teenage boy, who had recently started working with her, began to present the gospel to her. After months of conversations and debating, while closing late one night, Joann decided to reject atheism and accepted the Lord Jesus Christ as her personal savior! She immediately began to go to church with her Christian co-worker, got baptized and began to grow in her walk with God. Joann eventually married the young Christian co-worker that presented the gospel to her.
Pastor Roger & Mrs. Joann Jimenez have published two children’s book entitled “The Adventures of Herb Meyer: Herb Learns Obedience (Book 1)” and “The Adventures of Herb Meyer: Herb Learns to Not Complain (Book 2).” Mrs. Joann Jimenez is the author and Pastor Jimenez is the illustrator.
