SUNDAY MORNING: 10:30 am
Visiting for the first time? Our Sunday morning service is designed with you in mind—from the warm welcome to the thoughtful details. It’s the service most guests attend when checking us out for the first time—and we can’t wait to meet you!

SUNDAY EVENING: 6:00 pm
Our Sunday evening service offers a unique experience—different songs, a different sermon, just another opportunity to gather in God’s house with God’s people under the preaching of the Word of God. This service has a warm, family-like feel that many love. One special feature of Sunday nights is hymn favorites: anyone can raise their hand, and if selected, we’ll sing their chosen hymn from our hymnbook. We do our best to sing as many as we can. Come see why we call it the most exciting service of the week!

WEDNESDAY EVENING: 7:00 pm
Wednesday evenings are dedicated to Bible study. We also take time to pray through our church prayer list. It’s a meaningful and focused time in God’s Word that many consider the most encouraging service of the week.

Verity Baptist Church is located at 4191 Norwood Avenue, Sacramento, CA 95838.

We are right off of Interstate 80, between I-80 and Jessie Avenue, across the street from Starbucks, you can’t miss it! Parking is available in our church parking lot. Click here for directions.

3. Bring the Kids:

We are a Family Integrated church! This means all infants and children are welcome in the church services. If you need some privacy or if you have a child that is being distracting during the service, we have Mother/Baby Rooms and a Daddy/Baby room available for your convenience. All the rooms have comfortable seating, and they have either windows that look into the auditorium or big monitors set up so that you can watch the service and listen to it.

4. Join the Service:

You are welcome to show up early and meet our church family. Our friendly ushers (the guys in the burgundy coats) will make sure you feel right at home. 

5. When your at one of our services, we would love for you to Grab a Gift: 

Make sure to pick up your Free Guest Gift Bag (with resources we think you’ll like) after the service. There is a table in the foyer with a bag for you!

6. When your at one of our services, we would love for you to Connect with Us:

We’d love to send you a small gift in the mail! Just fill out your Communication Card so you don’t miss out. Need a pen? Ask one of our ushers (they’re the ones in the burgundy coats)!
